Since June 2025, I've worked as an independent AI and full-stack engineer, fully remote. My work is organized in five lines, each with its own architecture and stack; the notes below describe the patterns and technical choices behind them. NovaMX CRM is a public freelance project I can name.

Lines of work
- Conversational AI Agents — multi-tenant conversational AI agents in a TypeScript monorepo: a Hono gateway, LangGraph (LangGraph.js) with Postgres checkpointing, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, Langfuse / OpenTelemetry tracing and automated Evals.
- AI Agent Products & Remote MCP — production AI agents on Google Vertex AI with LangGraph (LangGraph.js) and Generative UI, exposed through a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with its own OAuth 2.1 authorization server (DCR, PKCE, token rotation), plus an evals harness with simulated users, Langfuse tracing, a NestJS backend on Firebase and Flutter web apps.
- Real-time Data Systems — real-time, event-driven data systems in Python (asyncio, FastAPI, WebSockets) with Rust low-latency components, ingestion and replay pipelines (DuckDB, Apache Parquet & Arrow) and services on Linux & systemd — plus applied ML on top: a fine-tuned time-series foundation model, and decision policies trained with Reinforcement Learning (PPO) and Evolution Strategies.
- White-label Flutter Apps — 6+ white-label Flutter apps shipped from shared codebases: multi-flavor builds, Bloc / Riverpod, RevenueCat subscriptions, Firebase and Supabase, CI/CD with Codemagic and fastlane.
- SaaS Products for Small Businesses — Next.js + Supabase products for small businesses: row-level security, Edge Functions, MercadoPago payments with webhooks, PWAs, PDF/Excel reporting and ETL jobs.
Named project
NovaMX CRM is a real estate CRM with an LLM-powered lead and property classification engine: public listings plus an internal lead tracker, with agentic scoring running on Supabase Edge Functions and OpenAI models.
