White-Labeling
Shipping many branded apps from one shared codebase — flavors, per-brand config and automated store pipelines.
White-labeling means building one product that can be rebranded and shipped many times: each brand gets its own name, assets, configuration, backend project and store listing, while the code stays shared.
How I use it
- White-label Flutter Apps — 6+ apps shipped from shared Flutter codebases in my Independent AI & Full-Stack Engineer (Freelance) work: multi-flavor builds, Bloc and Riverpod, RevenueCat subscriptions, Firebase and Supabase, with CI/CD on Codemagic and fastlane.
- Stores Helper — the tooling side: provisioning a Firebase project per flavor and creating subscriptions, in-app products and metadata in bulk across App Store Connect and Google Play.
Why it matters
The hard part of white-labeling is not the code but the multiplication: every release, product and store listing repeats per brand. Automation is what keeps it sustainable.
