Python
The language of the AI ecosystem — I use it for LangGraph services, RAG pipelines, real-time backends, ML research and automation scripts.
Python is the lingua franca of machine learning and LLM tooling, and a strong choice for async backends and automation.
How I use it
- langgraph-langserve-starter — a LangGraph agent exposed through LangServe and FastAPI, with tests on fake LLMs.
- local-rag-chatbot — a fully local RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot with ingestion and chat CLIs.
- Real-time Data Systems — real-time, event-driven systems with asyncio, FastAPI and WebSockets, plus ingestion pipelines on DuckDB and PyArrow, in my Independent AI & Full-Stack Engineer (Freelance) work. The ML research on top of them — PyTorch, Reinforcement Learning and baselines from the scikit-learn ecosystem — is Python too.
- Stores Helper — Python wrappers over the App Store Connect and Google Play APIs.
- Somnio AI Tools — Python is part of the CLI's stack.
- Somnio Software — one of the languages I use in my current role.

The IBM Generative AI Engineering Professional Certificate certificate is Python-heavy: Data Analysis with Python, Machine Learning with Python (V2), Python Project for AI and Application Development and Building Generative AI-Powered Applications with Python.
