NovaMX CRM is a live real estate platform I built as a named Independent AI & Full-Stack Engineer (Freelance) project in 2025. NovaMX presents itself as a real estate investment partner in Mexico, listing properties in Xalapa, Cancún and Tulum for sale, for rent and as investment projects.

What it is

The platform combines two products in one system:

  • Public listings. The public site lets visitors search properties by location, property type (houses, apartments, land, commercial units, penthouses, offices and more) and budget range, browse featured listings, and switch between Spanish and English.
  • Internal lead tracker. A CRM where the NovaMX team tracks incoming leads.

The AI layer

What sets it apart from a plain listings CRM is an LLM-powered lead and property classification engine. Incoming leads and listed properties are classified with LLMs from OpenAI, and an agentic step scores them.

Architecture

  • Next.js for the web application.
  • Supabase (PostgreSQL) as the backend.
  • Supabase Edge Functions run the agentic scoring, keeping classification next to the data instead of in a separate service.

This is the same Next.js + Supabase + Edge Functions pattern I use across my SaaS Products for Small Businesses line of freelance work.
